Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for all Rankvi services. We believe in transparency, and this policy exists to protect both our clients and our team.
1. Initial Deposit
For Website Design And Content Writing Only: A 50% deposit is required to secure your project and begin work. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances once work has commenced. This is because the deposit covers initial content strategy, keywords & market research, make content structure, and team allocation that begins immediately upon engagement.
For SEO Services: 100% deposit is required to secure your project and begin work. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances once work has commenced. This is because the deposit covers initial content strategy, keywords & market research, make content structure, and team allocation that begins immediately upon engagement.
2. Project Milestone Payments
Website Design And Content Writing: The remaining 50% of project fees is due upon half of the website completion of the first agreed milestone. If you are dissatisfied with the work delivered at this stage:
- You must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery
- We will conduct one full round of revisions at no additional cost
- If the revised deliverable still does not meet the agreed scope, we will discuss a fair resolution, which may include a partial credit toward future work
Milestone payments are not refunded after revision rounds have been completed and the deliverable has been accepted.
3. Monthly Retainer Cancellation
Monthly SEO retainer engagements operate on a rolling basis with no long-term contract. To cancel your retainer:
- Provide 14 days written notice via email to info@rankvi.com
- Any work completed within the final 14-day notice period is billable and payable
- Retainer fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period
4. Website Design Projects
For standalone website design and development projects:
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable once design work begins
- If the Client cancels after design mockups have been delivered, the full project fee becomes payable
- If the Client cancels before any design work begins (within 48 hours of deposit), a full refund of the deposit may be considered at Rankvi’s discretion
5. Circumstances Where a Refund May Be Considered
Rankvi may consider a partial refund only in the following circumstances:
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances within our control
- A significant error by our team materially impacts the agreed scope of work and cannot be remedied
Refunds are not issued due to changes in the Client’s business circumstances, budget, or priorities after work has commenced.
6. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, email info@rankvi.com with:
- Your full name and business name
- The service you engaged us for
- The reason for your refund request
- Any supporting documentation
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
