These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your engagement with Rankvi (“we”, “us”, “our”), an SEO and web design agency registered in Lahore, Pakistan. By signing a proposal, making a payment, or engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using our website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Services
Rankvi provides SEO services, web design, and digital marketing services exclusively to businesses in the following industries: CNC machine shops, manufacturing companies, chauffeur and limousine services, mobile bartending companies, roofing and remodeling contractors.
The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees applicable to each engagement will be outlined in a separate Proposal or Service Agreement provided to the Client prior to commencement.
2. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed fee is required before work begins
- The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the first agreed milestone or deliverable
- Ongoing monthly retainer fees are invoiced at the start of each calendar month
- Payments are due within 7 days of invoice date
- Late payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of engagement.
